Why we built this
Every year, hundreds of thousands of people undergo hair transplant procedures without a clear picture of what their results will look like. Consultations rely on verbal descriptions, outdated stock photos, or manually edited images that set unrealistic expectations. HairSimulate was created to solve that problem. By applying clinical-grade computer vision to a single uploaded photo, we generate a realistic simulation of post-surgical results in under 60 seconds — giving patients the visual information they need to make an informed decision and enabling surgeons to conduct more transparent, trust-building consultations.

Your photo is yours. We encrypt it in transit and at rest, never share it for identification purposes, and delete it on request.

HairSimulate does not replace medical advice or the judgment of a board-certified hair restoration surgeon. Until we announce a formal medical advisory relationship, our focus is on designing the simulation process itself to be conservative, honest, and clinically responsible. We train our AI on real before-and-after cases, avoid exaggerated "perfect" outcomes, and pair every simulation with a clear medical disclaimer that reminds users to treat the result as a visualization aid only. As the product matures, we plan to collaborate with independent specialists to review and continuously improve our methodology.
